Carrot Cake III
the cake came out moist and wonderful. i added 1/2tsp of nutmeg, change to 1c of oil and 1/4c of milk instead. and it came out real good.

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting
this recipe was great.. i added 1/2t of cocoa powder and a dash of salt.. the frosting came out perfect and i changed the milk amount to get the right consistency. both my daughters were just licking the frosting. thank you.

Smothered Filet Mignon
the flavor was really good, especially the steak came out moist and soft. the only thing i was too thrill was that it's too oily so i will cut back on the butter and the oil in the marinade. i didn't really care for the cheese so overall, great steak
