Pork Tenderloin Diane
You might want to use more butter because 1 tablespoon cooked almost all the way off for me, but maybe because I cooked the tenderloin in two batches. Great flavor!

Easy Vodka Sauce
This sauce was great- even better than some I've bought at the gourmet grocery store. Just be sure to start it an hour ahead. I also added Italian seasoning and oregano as some other reviewers suggested. Delicious!

Lemon and Herb Risotto Cake
This was easy to make and had a refreshing lemon zing that set it apart from other risottos I've had. My boyfriend liked it as well.
