love to make soups, casseroles, one-dish meals - I did work for 25 years and needed all the help I could get! Lately, been trying more challenging recipes. I am Italian and my husband is Armenian. We make some traditional foods for holidays, but mostly try lots of different cuisines. Wow, hard one. I make the best littlenecks/or mussels in a rich broth - everyone loves them. Wow, another hard one. sometimes what I think is a disaster, others love and vice versa - I think anyone who takes the time and trouble to cook for others should never classify any dish a "disaster" unless they drop it on the floor
