Baked Salmon II
My first time making Salmon. I was so nervous because my kids nor I had ever had it. I followed the recipe and it was great. No fishy taste and it was not a bit dry. We had it on a bed of herbed rice surrounded by steamed broccoli. It is now my 9 year old daughters favorite meal. She had 3 helpings to herself! We used the extra juice to pour on top of the whole meal.
