Truly awesome meatloaf. Dense, without being dry. I didn't make any substitutions, and I won't next time! YUM!!!

This recipe was really good, as written, but it needs a bit of tweeking on the cooking time. It took MUCH longer than stated for the chicken to cook with everything inside, and mine never got to the stated temp (but the chicken was cooked through...just the stuffing wasn't at that temp- which may be a food hazard! I think a way to remedy that would be to follow the first steps up to after you make the sauce. Then, I'd pour the sauce over the chicken, cover it, and cook it in the oven for 20-30 mins at 375. That would also ensure that the raw onions and garlic in the cream cheese were cooked. On taste, this recipe is five stars- just not quite the right way to make it! I'll definitely make it again! I served it over rice, and as another reviewer said, there's a TON of sauce, but it helps with the cooking and keeping the meat moist, I'm sure!

Good ingredients, just WAY too much sugar as written. If I make it again, I will cut the sugar in half. Also, I think it would be good to put the strawberries in a food processor so they aren't so chunky when drinking.

Are there six stars??!! These were quite possibly the best potatoes I've ever had. I did decrease the butter to 2 tbsp and add a tbsp of olive oil. Also used regular onion and dried parsley. WOW, I can't wait to eat the leftovers! And make it again...maybe next week!

This recipe was a hit in my house! I used provolone cheese, and crushed Crispix, b/c that's what I had on hand, but I don't think either substitute changed the final product much. I will definitely be making this again!

This was OK. I love soups, but it just didn't do it for me. I noticed (after making it) that several of the reviewers who raved about it added other things (like carrots). Maybe that's the trick to making it better. I think I'll just stick to straight up roasted cauliflower and make soups out of other things.

these were AWESOME!!!! Are there SIX stars?! I added a little extra Old Bay and baked them in the oven, as directed by others.

I'd say I amplified the flavor of this recipe a bit by adding 1/4 onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the chicken while it cooked. Yummy simple dish!

subbed molasses for the corn syrup b/c I didn't have any! used it on my banana cake! YUMMY and creamy!

I was really excited to make this recipe, but I was truly disappointed. I followed the recipe exactly, and it just wasn't very tasty. I'd like to give it a higher rating, but I actually threw out the leftovers, which is unheard of in my house. I think the sweet potato mixture might be okay on its own, but with the enchilada sauce it just tasted funky. I doubt I'll make these again.

I followed this recipe exactly. It was definitely too salty, and I really like salty food. However, the flavor was great (why I gave it 4 stars). When I make this again, I will definitely only use half of the dressing packet, or add some 1/2 and 1/2 to the sauce to tone it down- but that might take away from the creamy texture of the sauce. Definitely DONT make this if you don't like salty food. The chicken turned out really juicy.

If you're not sure how to prepare brussel sprouts- this is it! These were so delicious! I really think just about anything would taste good cooked with pine nuts and bacon, but the combination truly did complement the sprouts well. I didn't substitute any of the ingredients.

I made these reduced fat/cal (used smart balance for baking and splenda blend) and they were super moist and delish! I can only imagine how awesome they'd be with all the full fat/cal ingredients. I also subbed 1/2 a cup of whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour and used regular oats. Don't hesitate to make these!

I didn't have green onions, so I used onion powder instead, and I misread the directions and put the balsamic vinegar in at the beginning. I cooked them longer b/c I like my roast potatoes a bit crispy. They were awesome! I'll def make these again!

So...I did make a substitution, but this was a tasty dish! I didn't have any onion soup, so I threw in a handful of french's onions and about a 1/2 tsp of chicken builion. Other than that, I used all the other ingredients, and followed the instructions. It was really tasty, and the dill made it something different from the typical "cream of whatever and meat" dish. I'm looking forward to trying it with the onion soup. Another good way might be with c/o chicken, minus the onions...for a straight up creamy dill chicken...I love this website!

This soup is AMAZING! I let it simmer all afternoon b/c I had the time. I also used a submergable blender at the end. I did add some extra curry paste, and I used powdered ginger. I will DEFINITELY make this again. Also, although the sesame oil made the soup look great, I don't know that it was necessary.

The reviews were right...these are GOOD! I've gotten in the habit of using splenda blend, smart balance (the sticks) and 1/2 whole wheat flour when baking, and I did that for these! They're GREAT!
