Chicken and Bacon Fajitas
I decided to make this meal AFTER I went shopping, so I did not have the cilantro or the tomato. I did however use a red & a yellow bell pepper along with the green pepper. I also used approximately four to five table spoons of ranch as a topping at the point of serving, along with approximately one quarter of a cup of finely shredded Colby & Monterey jack. It was perfect, the family loved it, and one very full burito was enough to "fill the tank".

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo
due to other reviews mention an insufficient amount of alfredo, I kept the pasta to one pound, but doubled all other ingredients needed to prepare the alfredo. I also added one package of sliced imitation crab meat and one pound of diced mushrooms. The family went wild over it, & begs for it often!!

Slower Cooker Meatloaf
After seeing many of the reviews had the same, general complaints: too spicy, too dry, & some saying too bland ... I decided to remidy all of these issues by adding one small can of cream of mushroom soup to prevent dryness, one cup of italian bread crumbs for added texture, & one half of a cup of brown sugar sprinkled on top for to counteract spicyness. I cooked for exactly 5 hours on high & the results were spectacular. Definately a "do - again".
