Butter Beef
I made this last night. It was okay nothing spectacular though. Everyone ate it but I did add the package of brown gravy and 1/2 c of water near the end as it was pretty oily looking...don't think this is something they'll be requesting but a great option for stew beef.

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits
I am always looking for ground beef recipes as it always seems we have more than we need. This was good everyone enjoyed it but I was told next time to have extra biscuits on the side there were not enough in the meal for my family of biscuit lovers

Maple-Drizzled Apple Muffins
I thought these were pretty good. Family didn't like them though. I found they didn't hold together very well and were kind of crumbly..not sure where I went wrong
