Corned Beef and Cabbage
This was very good overall. My husband and I both found the veggies to be too seasoned, but I think that is because we are used to me dumping everything into a crockpot, pouring water over it and boiling everything for a couple of hours. The meat was very tender and delicious. I was thrilled with how easy this was. I got it all set up in the morning and largely ignored it for the rest of the day. And it made my whole house smell delicious. I was getting hungry for dinner at 2:30pm!
