Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

So easy and surprisingly good! I was skeptical whlie making it, but the flavors go together perfectly! I didn't have the right kind of pasta and used whole wheat spagetti instead.

Elegant Stuffed Chicken and Asparagus Bundles

Very good! I had chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts, so I layered instead of stuffed the chicken and I didn't have the mushrooms, but made no other changes. My only complaint? My husband wasn't a fan of the stuffing.

Pineapple Casserole

:( My family wasn't a fan; something about the combination between the cheese and pineapple and crackers.... It was a very pretty dish prepared though!
