Spaghetti Pie III
I, personally liked this dish. However, my husband didn't like the "white stuff" in it, and once by two boys heard the words "cream cheese and sour cream", they stopped eating, too. My husband suggested using ricotta or cottage cheese. I will probably try that next time.

Rempel Family Meatloaf
Really, really good meatloaf! I heard several audible "mmmmmmm"s from the hubby, and my 7 year old son, who rarely eats dinner, ate every bite. That speaks volumes! I didn't change a thing- if you're going to make a bunch of changes, I say just submit your own recipe.

Cheddar Baked Chicken
Awesome! Other than pizza and hot dogs, this is the only thing my 7 year old will eat for dinner. When my husband and my kids both like it, it must be good. I don't usually make changes, but for this recipe I do substitute french fried onions for the cereal.
