Broccoli Beef I
This recipe is superb!!!! I did modify it by adding 2 cups fresh mushrooms 1 tsp fresh ginger instead or what was asked and i added 2 green onions chopped up!!!! Then I browned the meat with the ginger onion and and garlic i find that it makes the meat taste even more scumptious!!!!!

Chewy Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is so easy and the cookies are scumpcious!!! I always had a problem with over-cooking my cookies in result my cookies always came out very hard and crispy...(not my type of cookies) these on the other hand are soft tasty chewy and delicious. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!! the future Mrs. Ricci!
