I married the most amazing man October 6, 2007. We had a baby boy on November 4th, 2008! I am a stay-at-home mom and LOVE to cook and bake! Pretty much anything! I love trying new recipes. I love to cook with chicken. Lately, I have been baking a lot of desserts and although it's fun, I my waistline might like me to cut back a bit. I have recently expanded to jellies and jams which I really like. Cooking bread SUCCESSFULLY just the other day, making the Amish White Bread! I am so happy and have been making it quite a bit. It is just so easy and I have NEVER been able to make a good bread before!
