Kelly's Butterscotch Pudding
This seemed a tad grainy to me. I wonder if the reason you make the brown sugar slurry to start with is to lessen that effect? It's also not as firm as I normally like my puddings. The taste however was excellent.

Classic Tapioca Pudding
VERY good pudding and cooked up just as advertised. I might try adding a tad more sugar next time I make this for that little sweet tooth that sits in the back of my mouth. Otherwise, it took care of a serious tapioca craving.
