Slow Cooker Tamale Pie
Possibly a good addition to this recipe would be jalapino cornbread topping. We also like things a bit spicier and will try this again w/the addition of some spicier spices along w/the jalapino cornbread. I also think the type of enchilada sauce is a key factor as so many of the canned varieties are not very good at all. At least the ones we have tried. Homemade is so much better. I also think this recipe may fair better cooked in the oven.

Cherry Cheese Pie II
Delicious but would never set. I followed the recipe w/exception to the lemon juice. I only had about half of a fresh lemon and squeezed what I could from it into the batter. My dh just loves it and does not care that it remained more pudding-like, but I would prefer for it to have the consistency of an actual cheesecake.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
We loved it although I did change it just a bit by adding the Kroger version of Mrs. Dash to it. I used it in a ham/alfredo pizza recipe. Really tasty for a different type of pizza using left over holiday ham. Make the sauce rather thick by adding extra parmesan cheese. Spread on pizza crust (adding your favorite spices to your specific tastes may be advisable) cut-up ham chopped green and red pepper chopped red onion mushrooms (which ever type is your fav. we like portabella and cremini) top with mozzarella and or your fav. pizza cheese. ( I would like to try it with Asiago cheese, but have not yet. Bet it would be tasty.) Cook according to your pizza crust package directions with a possible few extra minutes pending on how high your pizza is from all the yummy ingrediants. I'm thinking about adding some banana peppers or green olives on my next pizza. Maybe even some spinache would be good. I have used fat-free cream cheese and skim milk to cut-down on fat and calories. Cut original sauce recipe in half to accomodate one 12" pizza. Hope all else try and enjoy this recipe as we do!
