Salmon Appetizers
EXCELLENT RECIPE!! I did not have canned salmon but I had a fresh salmon fillet in my refrigerator so I baked it, flaked it, then added the ingredients. YUMMY YUMMY!! I used cilantro salsa. This will go to my recipe box!

Sauteed Spinach and Peppers
This is a GREAT way to add flavor to your veggies! I didn't have red onion so I used yellow onion but still DELICIOUS! I was looking for a way to add some dazz to my spinach without making it fattening. Thanks for this recipe!!

Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Pretty good. Definitely a change from the traditional tuna salad. I used sun-dried tomato pesto and I made mini sandwiches (cut off the bread ends and cut the sandwich into 4's). Great as a sampler item!
