Rhubarb Blueberry Muffins
I made these with 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 reg flour at high altitude (9,000 feet) and they were just perfect. Also made a gluten free batch and they are awesome, too. Perfecdt blend of flavors. Will definitely make again.

Red, White and Blue Slaw Salad
Everyone loved it. Chilled bacon doesn't have much flavor to me. Will try roasted pecans next time.

Strawberry Bread
I made this with high altitude adjustments (9,000 feet) and with gluten free flour, and it came out great. I made 1/2 recipe with 1 1/2 cups strawberries, and added 1 t vanilla extract and 1/2 t almond extract. It's delicious.
