Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This cheesecake is hands-down the BEST cheesecake I have ever eaten! I have made this cheesecake following the recipe exactly 2 times, and each time, my husband and I, along with our guests, could not stop raving about it! A few tips for a perfect looking cheesecake that I found on this site: 1) Let all ingredients come to room temperature! I took all cold ingredients out of the fridge 4 hours before I began to assemble the recipe. 2) Mix the entire recipe by hand! I used a mixer the first time, and my cheesecake had huge cracks in it (which did not affect the taste, but ruined the look of the cheesecake) 3) DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR DURING OR AFTER BAKING!!! As another reviewer said, set the timer for 60 minutes, turn off the oven after the timer goes off, and DO NOT open the door AT ALL until the cheesecake has sat undisturbed for 6 hours. 4) I used a water bath to make my cheesecake. I wrapped the outside of my springform pan in aluminum foil, placed it in a metal roasting pan, and poured very hot (right before the point of boiling) water about 1 inch up the side of my springform pan. This is the perfect recipe and method for making the cheesecake, and I hope that all of these tips help!

Sloppy Joes II
NEVER buying sloppy joe sauce again! I took the advice of another reviewer and instead of 3/4 cup ketchup, I used 1/2 cup of ketchup and 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce...SO GOOD! My husband took one bite and could not stop talking about how delicious this was! I think that next time I make this, I will double the sauce recipe, because we like our sloppy joes extra sloppy :). Thank you so much for an absolutely amazing, quick, and easy recipe!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Absolutely PERFECT recipe!!! The only additions that I added were to add 1 tsp of vanilla. This recipe is definitely the only recipe for pancakes that I will ever use again, and it is a perfect base recipe for additions such as bananas, blueberries, peanut butter and nutella (my hubby's fav!), or anything else that you could dream of putting in a pancake! Thanks for an amazing recipe!!!
