I am a 23 year old mom of one son and a wife to a wonderful husband. I am just starting to want to cook great dinners from scratch. I want to be done with boxed dinners and shake and bake! I love to make my Tator-Tot casserole. It reminds me of when I was younger sitting at the table with family. You know those bags that you put the chicken in and bake it in the oven? Well I managed to get the pan in the bag and then wondered why I couldn't get the chicken in. And I will never live down the day I added water, instead of milk, to pudding. A 5 year old can make pudding!
