Buttercream Icing
I used all butter, turned out great. I will try it with shortening next time just to compare. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW BEATING DIRECTIONS EXACTLY!! Otherwise you won't have a creamy texture. I use my kitchen aid mixer, SOOOO much easier. I love this as a base recipe to add my own flavoring to! Thank you for sharing!!!
