Cream Puff Cake
So yummy! It was very easy to put together and tasted great. I made a couple of changes- I halved the recipe and made it in a pie plate and it turned out great. Also, I spread hot fudge on top of the crust before I put the pudding mix on, just to add a bit of chocolate and I actually wish I would have put a bit more on- it definitely adds. Finally, I don't particularly like Cool Whip so I used real whipped cream with just a bit of powdered sugar. It was SO tasty and took hardly any extra effort. I will be making this again.
