Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup

A really easy recipe when you want a nice hot, soup FAST. I didn't have cabbage on hand so I threw in an equivalent amount of celery and it turned out delicious. It's just the right consistency, something that always seems to be an issue when blending soups. I will definitely make it again.

Spaghetti Squash with Pine Nuts, Sage, and Romano

Great recipe. If you want to cut down on cooking time, simply microwave the squash, cut side down, in about a 1/4 of water for 5-7 minutes depending on the size of your squash.

Moist Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

I'll give these two stars because they are light and fluffy as described, but they are also tasteless and really "eggy" as others have mentioned. I added just a bit of vanilla and sugar, which were no help at all in overcoming the overwhemling tase of egg.
