Brown Sugar Pie I
Initially, it came out looking cake-like around the edges and liquid in the center. After it set, it was better, but still somewhat odd. The taste was excellent, though, and more than made up for it! I would recommend coating it in caramel or drizzling with raspberry sauce to make it look and taste more delicious.

Blonde Brownies I
Excellent recipe as written! Try mixing in any kind of candy chip (chocolate or butterscotch or white chocolate or vanilla or mint or M&M's or anything else you can think of!) Also, try drizzling caramel on top before (or after) baking.

Yellow Squash Casserole
I love squash, but this ended up tasting mostly like milk. Liberal amounts of garlic powder and garlic sea salt on the finished product made it edible, but I won't make it again. That said, this recipe is great for people who aren't particular to leaner foods - the milky, buttery taste is quite good to most people, especially children who may have a hard time eating their veggies. Also, it's always a good idea to throw a pinch of salt (no more!) into any water for cooking veggies. It prevents the water from soaking up all the nutrients & flavor.
