Chicago Style Stuffed Pizza
We just had Giordano's a week ago during a trip to Chicago, and tried to duplicate it. We came up with our own filling, but basically just used the dough recipe. I needed to add more flour to the dough, because it seemed too sticky, but other than that, had no trouble with the dough and it baked up fine. I used a stoneware deep dish pan and had plenty of dough. Using a heavy pan like that I think also makes it less likely to burn.

Grandma Johnson's Scones
I made these this weekend. I added vanilla, some cinnamond and about 1/4 c of sugar. I also split the dough into three batches and made raisin out of one, cranberry/hazlenut with another, and dried mixed berries with the third. They were a huge hit. I didn't have any, but the rest of the family and my sister in law, who I took some to, loved them. I'll be making these again!

Hot Onion Dip
I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I personally thought it needed a stronger onion taste, but I used a sweet onion and if I had used a stronger onion, I think it would have had the taste I was looking for. The rest of my gang loved it and asked for the recipe, therefore I've rated it 5 stars.
