Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
Awesome. I basically followed the recipe but added some shrimp, as well as chicken. I also added some peas and green onions when I mixed in the rice (which I cooked the previous day before and refrigerated. I'll definitely make it again.

Fresh Tomato Salsa
Love this recipe. Sometimes I leave out the chiles if I'm not in the mood for something too hot. And I always add a capful of white vinegar.

Chicken Dijon
Oops. I forgot that my husband hates condiments. He smelled the mustard and refused to eat it. However, I enjoyed it. It was a little bland, so next time I'll add the onion and some rosemary like another person suggested. Really easy and quick.
