Triple Berry Crisp
Scrumptious! I sized this down to 2/3rds and went according to the recipe. I used 2/3rds blueberries and 1/3rd raspberries and didn't add sugar to them. Texture was excellent, mostly from the soft berries with the dough giving just a bit of crispiness to it. Dad's not normally a fan of oats but loved this. Goes great with or without ice cream!

Baked Brunch Omelet
Very modifiable as a base. Made for 6. I followed aetibesar's advice and tossed the dry ingredients in flour, covered and kept the dish in the fridge overnight. Turned out pretty good as part of a mother's day brunch. I only used maybe a quarter pound (110g) of cheese, and instead of ham I added about 130g rice and hamburger mix. I also used rye bread, which tasted excellent, and added chives on top. Needed more spice.
