This was awesome!! I didn't have molasses, so I used corn syrup instead. And instead of orange juice, I squeezed a whole fresh orange, which kept it moist when it started to dry up and made a nice glaze. This is an excellent substitute for teriyaki sauce for a pork stir-fry.

Amish Macaroni Salad

I reduced the sugar to 1/3 Cup, replaced relish and celery with shredded carrots and broccoli florets. Also added some shredded Parmesan. It was amazing and everyone's asking for the recipe!

Blackberry Cheese Pie

We go blackberry picking at my dad's farm every summer. One year we didn't have quite enough to make blackberry jam, so I found this recipe instead and made it for my brother when he came home from Iraq. The juice adds just a hint of tanginess, but I served it with home-made whipped cream to add a little more sweetness. It tastes really good, it's just a little runny.

Pumpkin Gingerbread

This bread is amazing!! The only change I made was that I used just a 1/2 tsp. of cloves because they are so strong. While it was still slightly warm, I frosted it with a cream cheese frosting recipe I found on this website, which added a different sweet flavor and kept it moist. LOVE it and perfect for the holidays!
