Photography Notes: Sometimes it helps to make dinner ahead of time and this is achievable with this recipe. I fry the bacon and chicken and make croutons in the morning so that at night I just have to reheat, assemble the salad and serve. This dish makes a regular appearance at our dinner table...usually with a side of baked jacket potatoes.
