Mijo's Slow Cooker Shredded Beef
Divine beef could be another name for this recipe! All the men in my house (including the 7 year old) raved about this shredded beef recipe. I changed nothing, except for the last 45 min or so had to add water-would have preferred beef stock, but I had none. Great recipe and thanks for sharing it.

Quinoa and Black Beans
This is a fantastic recipe warm or cold. I make a batch as my standard summer salad for the kids to grab from the fridge. Can't say enough good things about it. Often add whatever veggie is in season. Bulgar or cous-cous can be used instead but quinoa is the best!
