I'm 23 and have been cooking since I was 10 and liked helping before that. I love to try new things and seeing how others like what i cook. I cook much better than I bake :( Mainly pastries I have a problem with. I tend to cook Mexican, Italian or southern foods. My grandpa was a cheft who cooked for a couple of presidents back in the day and I'd like to one day get a hold of all his yummy recipes!! Pastas, chicken, casseroles, cookies and pies Nothing too big, but on birthdays and mothers/fathers day I will cook favorite meals of choice. Making thanksgiving dinner for the first time. Boiling a chicken fryer down dry, partly black and house full of smoke!! Fell asleep after staying up all night. Also making a few loafs of banana nut bread without baking soda/powder when i was 14.
