About this Cook
i'm a spanish 32 girl (even i was living 1 year and half in london i still write gril instead girl, that sounds a little bite hmm...hot isn't it?)i like laught a lot,i work as entertainer in hotels or campings maybe i love so much a funny point of view "always look on the bright site of the life"(monty piton, you know?)that i made a job of it.i live in my mother in law's house in lloret de mar, village i hate cause is nothing more to do than drink and go to crazy discos where everyone is throing away whatever they drunk. And this is only in summer, winter is worst!!!i dream i go away from here with my guy and run a bussiness about the activities to do on free time but not just drink...jejeje.
My favorite things to cook
spanish "tortitas" that you can eat with everythings and chiken, pasta, veggies, paella (of course)...i think that i love to eat so i love to cook every food.but i need learn a lot,i can't make diet but i don't need it i'm so active that burst any fat
My favorite family cooking traditions
the lunch time on weekends before grow up,in madrid.A 6 persons table in the livingroom plenty of easy and cheaper things to put yourself a side on your dish with all my family gathering around, even the cat, chating and joking. Now i miss it every day cause we are each one in a different city who has a job is poor salary so we can't meet every weekend
My cooking triumphs
the paella i made for the family i was working to in london, the baked fish,my first fish dish (i don't like at all fishes i feel "puaj" just looking at,but i could take away the scales and oven it)was so easy actually, put in a tray with lemon,or tomato and 10-15 minuts later is fantastic the parents in the family love it
My cooking tragedies
the homemade pizza,i did one time in the london house cause the kid was at home on holidays with a friend from their school i wanted to do something that both, mum and kids will love.i followed the recipe but the topings start burning and the base was still raw.big disaster.at the end they ate a noodles pack
