Bacon Mustard Pork Roast with Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Average tasting recipe (hence the 3 stars)...Not as special as I thought it would be.

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy
The gravy was AWESOME but the chicken was only OK in my opinion. I will likely be making the gravy again, but not the chicken.
