This was really good. My kids all gave it a "thumbs up." I followed the recipe as listed except I used smoked sausage and 2 cans of creamed corn because that was what I had on hand. I will definitely make it again.

Spinach Cheese Manicotti

My husband and kids loved it! The only change I made was that I made my own sauce from scratch (without any extra water). It came out perfect.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Made up 2 casserole dishes of this Peach Cobbler for my son's 4th Grade class. It was very easy and went together very quickly. The kids at the school loved it. I used my food processor to combine the cream cheese & cake mix as mentioned by another reviewer.

Potato and Cheese Frittata

Fast and easy! The kids loved it (I scaled it to feed 6) and they wanted more. Next time I will double it. I whipped the egg whites as mentioned in one of the reviews, other than that I made it as directed and it came out great!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

I doubled the recipe and blended it as suggested. It tasted great and was easy to make. My husband and four kids all gave it a thumbs-up so we'll be having it again soon.

Basic Pizza Crust

Very easy to make and turned out great! I followed the directions exactly. Next time I might add some garlic powder or something to make it a little less bland, but it had great texture and form. Thanks for the great recipe.

Garlic Green Beans

Black Bean and Corn Pasta with Chicken

It was very tasty, but I think it would have worked better with a smaller type of pasta such as angel-hair or linguini. Thats what I'd use again next time I make it. I also substituted 1 15 oz can of corn since I didn't have any fresh. It worked well.

Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

I halved the amount of red pepper flakes because my husband and I are "wimps" when it comes to spicy, but it sure was good. Even my 5 year old loved it.
