Wonderful muffin - ravished by my children and husband. I did make a mistake and put the maple syrup into the batter before baking. I realised the error and added more syrup to the tops when done. I think it gave it a bit more of a maply flavour than otherwise and it still turned out great.

Really good! I didn't have any cheese product though, so I substituted with shredded cheese and some cayenne powder, with about 1/3 cup milk. Not sure if or how that would alter the recipe, but we all gobbled it up. the quality of the shrimp, as usual, probably determines how good this turns out. I used uncooked large frozen shrimp from Trader Joes - not tough or anything when served.

I didn't really follow the directions. I pretty much mixed all the wet ingredients together, added the sugars and finished with the dry ingredients. I replaced the yoghurt with milk since I didn't have any yoghurt on hand and used 1/2 pear sauce (also on hand) with 1/2 oil. The muffins turned out really well despite the changes.
