Caramel Brownies
Super recipe, husband & family love it! I've also made it with a yellow cake mix for caramel blondies - nice alternative, just as delicious!

Charleston Breakfast Casserole
Great recipe for preparing the night before and serving as a brunch for guests. I like using the ceasar croutons from Costco. Wonderful flavor!!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This is my favorite recipe for Pumpkin Bread. I also like to modify it to a lower carb / sugar version. I've used whole wheat pastry flour, blue agave syrup in place of sugar, and extra light olive oil. My family loves it!
