Pesto-Stuffed Pork Chops with Caramelized Onions
This is a very good recipe. I could not find the pesto recommended. I used bottled pesto and worked very well.

Baked Ziti III
This a very good recipe. I added garlic and used half beef and half pork. You need a much larger pan than is suggested. I used a lasagna pan and it was full.

Sweet Sausage 'n' Beans
This is a very good recipe. I would reduce the sugar to know more a 1/4 cup. I also added a little bell pepper and garlic. But all in all the recipe can stand on it's own.
