Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Wow! Perfect for the cold day that it is today in Michigan!I followed the recipe as is and didn't change anything, oh, except I didn't use celery because I didn't have any. I topped my bowl of soup with a nice handful of shredded cheddar cheese- perfect!!
