Pumpkin Hummus
This recipe turned out very good after a couple of modifications. I added 1 tsp of cayane pepper, 1/4 tsp paparika and a 1/2 tsp of cumin to give it more of a kick. I also used canned garbanzo beans, drained. It didn't need the extra liquid. Next time I would reduce the lemon juice to juice of 1 lemon. It was a bit too tart and I didn't even add the 5 oz. My 8 and 5 year olds liked this too.

Beer Margaritas
These were a big hit at two parties we attended. Nice and smooth.

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole
Family loved this! I did add the can of chicken broth as others recommended. I used 2 cans of the Rotel brand 10 oz diced tomatoes and chilies, 6 Market Day Southwest chicken breasts and added a little leftover cubed ham. I left out the hot sauce because one of my kids doesn't like spicy. It was just spicey enough for her and the rest of us added it at the table. This is a great recipe with lots of flavor and can be modified to your taste very easily.
