Bean Burrito Casserole
Followed recipe exactly and packed it up with some other mexican dishes for college daughter to take to campus for their "TV night". Funny thing is, this was the favorite dish and it is ridiculously easy. I will definitely make again.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Great Recipe! Did only 2 things differently, but am sure it would be fine without: I substituted broth for water and added a little poultry seasoning. A great comfort food recipe for those of us with no time to spend the day cooking. I think it is company worthy.

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche
Great! I added the 5th egg just in case reviews were correct, but that is all I did differently. It came out beautiful. My husband didn't know he liked quiche until this recipe. With a vegetarian daughter, I am always trying to find something that appeals to all. Very good!
