Kielbasa with Brussels Sprouts
This was great as is! I've made other dishes with kielbasa, green peppers and onions, but the brussel sprouts made this my favorite! My husband likes to spice it up with the addition of a couple hot smoked sausages links.

Creamy Chicken Asparagus Casserole
I have asparagus in the garden and I'm always looking for recipes. This was great. I spinkled the tarragon with garlic salt on the chicken prior to browning. I also topped it again before baking. Gave it plenty of flavor. I've already printed the recipe and filed it.

Parmesan Chicken
This was very good. I added a small amount of fresh thyme to the bread crumb mixture.(Had it in the fridge)Also topped with cheese and sauce and finished it in the oven. Will make this again.
