Perfection! Just what I have been looking for! The recipes I have tried have always come out too dry, too flat, off taste (jiffy. ew.), or not sweet enough. I used 1/2 reg sugar and 1/2 light brown sugar, used a tsp more baking powder, canola oil instead of shortening. They don't come off on the wrapper and they don't fall apart! Heaven cut in half in toaster oven w/butter. I think they would be fine with a little less sugar as others have said. Will do next time!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I have made it a few times slightly altering ingredients per the reviews and it is always awesome! People who won't even touch zucchini love this bread!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I halved the salt and doubled the baking soda. I used mini choc chips as that is what I happened to have, and added some chopped up Hershey Symphony milk chocolate (1/3 cup). My coworkers gobbled them up!

Authentic French Meringues

These are incredible! Exactly what I was looking for. I left my oven closed on 185, as I have gas and didn't feel comfortable propping it open. They came out perfect! Everyone loved them. They'd make great ghosts for halloween with maybe dabs of chocolate for the eyes!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Shrimp Mold

I had this at a friend's house, looked it up on here according to what she said the recipe was, and it is the same exact thing. It was really good, and sounds easy! When I have an opportunity to make it I will add some Kletchner's horseradish.
