Tomato Cucumber Salad with Mint
If you find the Red Wine Vinegar is too acidic try Balmastic Vinegar. I also used Grape Tomatoes which I cut in half. This is an excellent recipe for a hot summer day.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
Cacciatore doesn't have white sauce! This is a bood basic recipe but I added canned tomatoes because I like the texture. For the person who said the sauce was too thick, maybe it was cooked on high, if you cook on low and add more liquid you'll have a soupy mess.

Easy Baked Chicken
This is a great way to seal in the juices in the chicken and so very versatile.
