This was GREAT and so easy in the crockpot too! The first time I made it I didn't have boneless skinless thighs, so I used bone in thighs with the skin on. I doubled the sauce and loved them. My son, not so much because of the bones and the skin. I've made this a second time with boneless skinless thighs and now we are both happy! GREAT recipe!!! Thanks for sharing!

In all my years cooking, I had only made BBQ beef once and it was so time comsuming, I never made it again. That is until I came across this recipe. This was so simple and perfect. There are only two of us and it made enough for 3 meals. The first night we had it over mashed potatoes for dinner and the next two days on buns with French fries for lunch. My son was looking for more the next day!! The only ingredient that I didn't have on hand was the vinegar so I used red wine instead. I have chicken breasts in the crockpot while I am writing this along with the bbq sauce from this recipe. I haven't been to the store to purchase another beef roast yet. I can't wait to eat!!

This is fantastic. I made this for the first time today and I can't stop eating it!! I don't normally like spicy food, but, the flavors in this chili are out of this world. Everything goes together so well and makes for the best chili ever! I will never make another chili recipe. This is a keeper!! Thanks so much!
