Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This is a simple MAC & CHEESE that turns out great every time I make it. My 3 year old just loves it. I also put in some parsley, about two table spoons to give it extra flavor.

Jenny's Black Forest Cake
This is very moist yummy cake! It’s similar to the chocolate cake I always make that everyone loves. I didn’t have any cherry liqueur and it still came out wonderful. I used Irish Creme for the coffee and will use it next time too. I just put the canned cherries in the middle and cool whip all around the outside. Lets just say there were no left overs...

Country Herbed Meat Loaf
I have used this website for about a year, but this is my first review. I live in upstate N.Y. and we are having a snow storm, so I needed to make this with what I had on hand. First of all, I used 2lbs. Of venison burger (thanks to my hunter hubby). I also didn’t have crushed tomatoes so I used two small cans of whole tomatoes, but I popped them in my magic bullet for a couple of seconds to make them mushy. I used minced garlic from the jar instead of a clove (½ tsp.). I also used 1 Tbl. Spoon of dried basil since I didn’t have fresh. It was plenty to flavor it. I omitted the milk, since we were out and I couldn’t get to the store. It still came out perfect! I grated up a little cheese to sprinkle on top when I plated it. I think I will make it like this every time because it was that yummy. My husband and three year old loved it.
