Roasted Vegetable Orzo
Awesome, that's all I have to say!! You can throw in just about any veggie and it tastes great. I use Feta cheese instead of the Parmesan though.

Rhubarb-Raspberry Crunch
Tried this a few times now, once using raspberries and the second time using strawberries. Both times tasted great but each time the fruit mix bubbled over the crust and makes it look messy, I even doubled the crust both times. Not sure what i'm doing wrong but it taste good either way...besides when you serve it up with some vanilla ice cream no one cares what it looks like.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This turned out yummy! My boyfriend likes his food super spicey so i made sure i put extra spices in it. I used Ranch style and black beans and doubled the recipe as well. I did use the beer, wasn't sure what kind to use so i figured I couldn't go wrong with Stella. Topped it off with some cheese, sour cream and cut up an avocado.
