Juicy Pork Chops
maybe I am the only one but I din't like them... came out really rubbery and I did them on low broil 10 min each and 1 min high broil...followed the first review. Oh well, I think I am done with pork all together...chicken, here I come !

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes
Very delicious recipe. I tried it few times and it always turns out great. The only thing I change is the amount of wine I add.. I go for half of what the recipe calls for so the sauce is a little thicker.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
This got to be the best cauliflower recipe out there. I tried it with broccoli as well and it works great too. I also put some bread crums on top to make it more crunchy :)
