This was really tasty! It was the first time we had quinoa and were quite pleased. The only thing I changed was to put a dash of cayenne pepper rather than 1/4 tsp and put 1/2 tsp of the cumin rather than the 1 tsp. We like things on the mild side. So we didn't change the recipe, just reduced the spices.
