Artichoke Chicken
I got a lot of "yum" "yum" from my husband. Did take the suggestions to use half mayo, half sour cream and marinated artichokes. Added some garlic powder and a little more of the garlic pepper than the recipe called for. Cooking time was more like 45-50 minutes but the chicken was well done and not dry. Will make this again.
