Artichoke Chicken
I got a lot of "yum" "yum" from my husband. Did take the suggestions to use half mayo, half sour cream and marinated artichokes. Added some garlic powder and a little more of the garlic pepper than the recipe called for. Cooking time was more like 45-50 minutes but the chicken was well done and not dry. Will make this again.

Southwestern Green Chile with Pork Stew
Not sure what to say about this recipe except...blah! Followed the recipe exactly but used canned green chili peppers, not jalapenos. The stew was unattractive when finish and taste was flat. Won't make this again.
