About this Cook
Married to a Navy man have one daughter.
My favorite things to cook
Mac and Cheese! My fav! You can make it a thousand ways from fancy to kid freindly. My goal is to perfect perfection.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Everyone growing up got to cook (or help cook) one night and we would choose what we would cook. I know require my husband to help all the while he is learning. When my daughter gets older I hope she will enjoy the kitchen as much as me
My cooking triumphs
Everyones favorite is my Chicken parm. Its not mine as much but it is the most requested. Cocktail meatballs, so yummy with the right bbq sauce. Definitly the mac and cheese. Zucchini breads and Cranberry. So many more, I have so much fun.
My cooking tragedies
The easiest thing Lasagna! No matter what I do it comes out watery. I will keep trying though. A chicken bake thing it was just eww. A quiche. One time made a salad for a cookout a big Navy thing for my hubby, added the dressing....well the whole thing was warm and wilted it did not look appetizing.

Bacon Cheese Frittata
This was excellent! I added two more eggs and a touch more milk, because I had a bigger dish. First time ever making a frittata. I have mede quiches and this is just so yum. I have it for dinner and breakfast. It is a must have, so quick and easy. I added some sliced tomatoes to the top and sprinkle a lil more cheese on top and broil until browned.
