The Best Banana Bread
Perfect! I followed the suggestions of the other reviews and did half white and half brown sugars along with a little less cinnamon and this turned out so good! My house smelled so wonderful as it baked! Just perfect!

Soy and Garlic Marinated Chicken
I love this recipe! It was so good! I added a bit of oil to the marinade and let it sit over night. I chose to bake instead of grill and added a small can of crushed pineapple just before baking. The chicken came out moist and tender and full of flavor! So so so so good! Absolutely will put in the rotation!

BAKER'S ONE BOWL Brownies
I've made this twice already. The first time I mis-measured the amount of chocolate and I had to throw them out. But I tried again, paying more attention, and everyone loved them! I used 4oz of 100% cacoa and 1oz of regular baking chocolate and decreased the flour by about 1/2 cup. Delicious!!!!!
