About this Cook
I'm a professional student who loves to cook!
My favorite things to cook
I like to try cooking new things!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite family cooking tradition is the pierogi casserole my grandma has made every christmas since I was a little girl.
My cooking triumphs
I think my biggest cooking triumph was making scrambled eggs in the microwave when I was 6 years old. It took about an hour. I would cook the eggs for a minute on a low power take them out stir and repeat until they resembled scrambled eggs. I was so proud of myself!
My cooking tragedies
My biggest cooking tragedy was also when I was a kid. I believe I was about 8 years old. I was making cookies on my own and I put an entire cup of baking powder in instead of a teaspoon

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I never knew that making delicious home-made macaroni could be so simple. I chopped up some kielbasa and added it in and it was amazing!

Chicken Breasts Pierre
This was really good. I made it in the crock pot and added chopped onion. I really liked it. The chili powder and hot sauce really made it great.

Gelatin Poke Cake
They used to serve this cake in the cafeteria when I was in highschool, and I had been craving items from my highschool lunches. I know it sounds weird, but I loooved cafeteria food. Especially these things called fiestadas, but anyways, this cake hit the spot! It's simple to make, but sooooo good!!!
